Stupid Hike for Mental Health

Join me, Andy Neal (@Andyfilmsandhikes), for a hike on the Green Springs Mountain Trail outside of Ashland, Oregon, on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 8:00 AM! 

This moderate 3-mile hike, with about 350 feet of elevation gain, is the perfect way to connect with nature and like-minded hikers in our community.

We’ll be raising money and awareness for mental health, with all participants encouraged to register at hikeformentalhealth.com. 80% of the proceeds go directly to mental health research, and the remaining 20% supports trail maintenance.

Let’s get together, go for a “stupid hike for our stupid mental health,” and make a difference while enjoying the beautiful Green Springs Mountain Trail.

Everyone must register as we will cap the hike at around 25 participants! 

The trailhead does get busy, so if you're coming with friends, consider carpooling. 

Afterwards, we'll head back into Ashland and enjoy a post hike lunch together at Martolli's  Pizza in Downtown Ashland!
